To comply with this standards, MCS has adopted an implemented a Code of Conduct to describe compliance expectations for all our employees, members of the Board, and First Tier, Downstream and Related Entities (FDRs) to conduct themselves in a compliant and ethical manner. The Code of Conduct is based on the laws and regulations that apply to our industry and establishes the basic principles governing MCS’ business activities and relationships.

Actuarial Certification            

In keeping compliant with the Insurance Commissioner’s Office, we offer you Actuarial Certification in compliance with Rate Dispositions in Chapter 10 . This document certifies that all dissipations and rate methods MCS uses are actuarially reasonable.
